Please find the policies below:
1.) Order:
To order please send an email to Devina@guiltybytes.com and mention the name of the product and other required details in the email
2.) Shipping:
- Guilty Bytes offers cash on delivery in Delhi/NCR and free shipping across India.
- For orders across India, one must make advance payment through Money Transfer to make the purchase. On recieving the payment your order will be shipped immediately. Details for Money transfer will be provided in the email from Devina@guiltybytes.com
3.) Delivery:
We attempt to process every order and dispatch it within 48 hours. Your order will be delivered
in 8 -10 business days. However it may take longer depending on your location in India.
4.) Returns and Refund:
We always hope that you love our products. But in case you are not 100% satisfied with our product , you can return your Order for a full refund, with no strings attached.
- No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for accessories and Handbags
- For clothing products, we accept returns made within 10 days from the date of purchase
- The products should be unused and in the same condition you received them; in their original packaging with all tags
- The return package should also include original receipt and invoice
- To initiate return, just follow these simple steps:
- Write a mail a to Devina@guiltybytes.com expressing your concern
- Pack the merchandize in the same box with all tags, stickers and original invoice
- You will receive a call back from us within 48 hours of your request with return details
- Courier the product(s) to Guiltybytes.com
- Once we receive the shipment, products will be checked for quality and refund/exchange will be accepted only if the products are in proper condition
- Once the refund has been approved, we will refund the money along with the courier charges.
- Once the refund is made, we will send you a closure mail
