Chef Rishabh Anand |
Chef Rishabh Anand brings with him an experience of over a decade. During his career span he has worked with leading hotel chains including The Oberoi, Hilton and more. He was also associated with The Leela Goa. Chef Rishabh has spearheaded the pastry team at The Leela Palace New Delhi during pre-opening. He was also a part of the opening team for Three sixty and Travertino. A alumnus from Indian Hotel Management, Pusa, Chef Rishabh has always experimented and brought new innovations for the guests to experience. When this amazing Chef is not working with sugar, he is busy with sports.
Apart from being appreciated for his exceptional culinary skills, chef Rishabh has been honored with Bronze Medal for Wedding Cake in Indian culinary forum. Earlier, Times Food Guide has awarded him for consecutive four years for the best confectionery in town as a team member of The Oberoi. He is always looking fro challenges and feels that the flavor palette in India is becoming diverse day by day. For those of you who still don't know, he is the man behind the well balanced desserts at
Megu. He loves playing with ingredients and treats his chocolate making/modelling as an art. On a popular demand, The Leela has resumed doing customized cakes for all occasions.
