So, Bollywood is abuzz with the news of Asin marrying Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma, but we have the deets on how the two met and who actually played cupid in bringing the two love birds together! Any guesses?

The bride-to-be herself confirmed that Akki introduced Rahul to her. She says her love story is quite similar to her debut movie, Ghajini. She and Rahul met at a private airport in Mumbai, Asin and Akki were travelling for promotions for Housefull 2 where Akki introduced Rahul to her.

Apparently, Asin had no idea who Rahul was, and was quite enamoured by his humble and simple ways despite being the co-founder of Micromax. It was en route this flight Akki mentioned in passing that she and Rahul would make a great pair.. and rest as they say is history! *hold the awwwww people*

That sure is one filmy start to a love story. The couple has been together for four years and are planning to tie the knot by year end. We wish the gorgeous couple all the happiness. Congratulations!
