Let me stat by saying that I have long been a fan of California Pizza Kitchen, Gurgaon.  It works so well — there is huge variety of freshly made pizzas and the pastas, then they offer lots of salads and appetizers and lastly, you can even have your well needed beer or a glass of wine at CPK. This is one restaurant that just always works for me!  CPK has always been evolving and I can say this because I loved trying out their finest handcrafted pizzas starting at 245++.

The food here is typically Italian but totally different from anything else I have eaten. The non veg platter doesn't disappoint. It has fresh, warm, spicy chicken supreme, barbecue wonton rolls, crispy fried sonora and pita bread with hummus. It also had two additional dips as add ons and they are super tasty. The drinks boasts of the right hint of flavours, and we recommend you to try the smoothies and the Mango mint ecstasy- a mock-tail you'll love pairing with your food.

When it comes to Tantalizing salads, no one does a Thai Crunch Salad better than CPK. I have been an ardent fan of this salad ever since CPK opened it's door in the capital. Crisp veggies and chicken chunks with crunchy peanuts and rice sticks tossed in Thai peanut dressing is an absolute win. A little tangy, a little sweet with some crunchiness aftertaste.

For mains we ordered the much talked about Pizzas. The menu for pizza has been designed to include seasonal and variety of ingredients in every category. The freshly made thin crust pizzas had a subtle woody smokiness, with a cheeky touch of cheese. The unforgettable star of the meal was the Chicken barbeque pizza. Biting into a thin sliced pizza using my hands, I loved how the chicken was juicy and had retained it's flavor. You can simply customize your pizza with the toppings of your choice, now isn't that fab?! The vegans must try the CPK special pizza. So make sure you try out pizzas starting @245 ++ onwards at California Pizza Kitchen. We also ordered the Ceaser Club Sandwich that felt like eating the impeccable ceaser salad in fresh bread.

For dessert, we ordered the popular, Tiramisu. With nice and smooth textures, I got all the flavours coming together in my mouth - the saltiness of , the smoothness of the cream cheese and the bits of chocolate. Definitely recommended to one and all.
