Sometimes for some, floss, brush or mouthwash, nothing seems to work to fight that unpleasant breath. Bad breath not only gives a bad impression about a person's hygiene practices but also leads to rejection and degradation by people. 

                              

Bad breath can easily go away using some natural ingredients and following a healthy routine. Here are ways in which you can fight bad breath and let your mouth smell fresh all day long. 

1. As important as it is to brush your teeth after every meal, changing your brush every month should be made a point. It is because the brush tends to deposit germs overtime which disturb the ph balance of your mouth leading to odor. 

2. Stay away from chewing gums and opt for lemon/orange rind. You can also keep chewing some mint leaves to neutralize odor.


3. Drink a lot of water to keep bad breath at bay. Also, keep rinsing your mouth with cold water every 4-5 hours for a fresh feel. 

4. Eat fruits such as apple as it contains high fiber content. You could also munch on to some raw carrots and other fibrous fruits and vegetables.   

                              

5. Avoid Smoking and intake of Tobacco products as it tends to dry out the mouth leading to an unpleasant smell.
