Neha Dhupia was recently spotted at the festival of gold exhibition in Delhi. She wore a beautiful Black and Blue saree by Payal Khandwala and she finished her look with Curio Cottage Jewelery. She had been styled by Sohaya and her make up was done by Kaajeerai.
