Ayurvedic and herbal products are slowly becoming the first choice of many women in India and across the world. And why should it not be? Ayurvedic products are chemical free and work wonderfully for your skin’s health which is brutally damaged by the excessive use of cosmetics. Aloe Vera for skin care is talked about a lot. But if you cannot arrange for fresh aloe vera pulp every day, substituting it for an aloe vera gel is equally beneficial. Patanjali’s products have recently gained a lot of admiration. After trying out its facewash and shampoo, I bought the Patanjali Aloe Vera gel and here’s how it worked for my skin.
Packaging:
The product is packed in a transparent squeezy bottle with an orange lid. The gel is green in colour and the bottle comes in 2 sizes. You can use the smaller one for travelling purposes and the bigger one for daily use at home.
Product:
When you squeeze out the product on your hand, it feels fresh and cold. I have been using the Patanjali Aloe Vera Gel since about a month now and I feel addicted to it. It hydrates my skin like nothing else and I love to use it before I go to bed as a final moisturizer. The skin feels very fresh and once you apply and massage it into your skin, it takes about a minute to seep in. I have not seen any noticeable change in my acne by using this product however, my acne marks seem to have lightened a bit.
Price:
I bought the smaller packaging as a sample and the 60 ml bottle costs only INR 35. Yes, it’s super-affordable and so is Patanjali’s other products. Surprisingly, I have been using the aloe vera gel consistently and I’m still left with 1/4th of the quantity which tells that you won’t require much of it.
The Patanjali Aloe Vera Gel is a sure shot yes from my side. You should definitely give it a shot as it is not at all expensive and even if it doesn’t work wonders for your skin, it will not do any harm either.
