The Pantone Color Institue released the color of spring and it is officially, rose quartz! Even though rose quartz is the winning hue, the other four colors that were in the top five were: Peach Echo, Serenity, Snorkel Blue and Buttercup. Rose Quartz really is a beautiful pink that will radiate well on the skin for women as well as men.
