The Jiah Khan's suicide case is becoming intense day by day there are so much that is happening that you should be aware of. First things first the quote has come down heavily on CBI for leaking the chargesheet. However according to a TOI story, the investigation revelas just an hour prior to Jiah's suicide she had a fight with her boyfriend Suraj that also led to exchange of 10 abusive text messages between the two.

The story reads that according to CBI on June 3rd 2013 Suraj sent a bouquet to Jiah as she bagged two films and an item song. Post that he had a dinner with a friend and it is said that at 10.04 p.m. he called Jiah and told  her that he was at a hotel and waiting for a jewellery designer. A rather confuse Jiah then called the designer to confirm this but got to know that Suraj was to meet her next morning. Immediately, Jiah called Suraj and accused him of lying," the CBI said in the chargesheet. 

Suraj asked the designer to clear up the misunderstandings by calling up Jiah but she couldn't get through. On the other hand, Jiah kept on calling Suraj neither the calls were answered nor a messages replied back. She then made her way to Suraj's house and called his domestic help. The domestic help to lied and said that Suraj was busy with his father Aditya Pancholi but she waited for it to come at 10.45 p.m. she had a heated conversation with Suraj on phone which according to CBI, was heard by Suraj's domestic help and other members present in the house

The CCTV footage shows that Jiah returned home at 10.48 p.m. They again had a call at 10.54 p.m. which is the last conversation between the couple. Post this call Suraj sent 10 messages to Jiah until 11.21 p.m. At 11.20 p.m. Jiah's mother returned home from party and found her hanging from the bedroom ceiling fan.

The chargesheet also describes in detail the abortion procedure Jiah underwent when she was four weeks pregnant in January 2013. In his statement the doctor who pre scribed the pills to her said that two days after consuming the pills, he received a call from Suraj stating that "half of the stuff "(foetus) was still stuck inside Jiah. The doctor advised him to take her to the hospital. However, Suraj called him again and said he had helped her pull out the "remaining stuff." The CBI said Jiah had mentioned the abortion in her note in which she said, "I was scared of getting pregnant but I gave you myself completely . The pain you have caused me everyday has destroyed every bit of me. Destroyed my soul and I aborted our baby when it hurt me deeply ."

On Friday Suraj made his appearance in court and was handed a copy of the chargesheet. The matter will come up for hearing on January 18 after which the court is likely to frame charges against him.
