Karisma Kapoor's divorcee battle is surely in trouble. Sanjay Kapoor has filed for a fresh divorce again in Bandra Court. The petition states that Karisma married Sanjay for money so that she could live her lavish life "in a calculated and clinical manner". It also claims that the marriage happened on the rebound after she broke up with Abhishek Bachchan.


It states that," The respondent (Karisma) has failed not only as a wife and daughter-in-law, but also as a mother” They have two kids together Samaira and Kiaan who stay with Karisma. According to Sanjay, Karisma even “cruelly deprived” Sunjay’s ailing father access to Samaira and Kiaan, and he passed away six months back “while pining for them”. According to the petition their marriage never worked out because she tried to portray him as an alcoholic cheating husband, but in reality it was she who was having an affair outside marriage.
