Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been really good buddies but rumour has it that Katrina's 'insecurities' were on a rise every time she heard Mahesh Bhatt's younger daughter's name in the background!

According to Spotboye, Ranbir-Katrina's split story began at Imtiaz Ali's Andheri residence. Few months ago Imtiaz had invited his close friends from the industry including Ranbir, Kat and Alia to ceebrate a project that he worked on and it is revealed that Katrina felt that her boyfriend's fondness and proximity for Alia went a little over board in that party. Apparently, Kat even confronted him and Ranbir didn't pay any heed to it.

This was followed by a fight between the couple which resulted in Alia not attending any parties or events where Ranbir was present. Source reveals, "Kat's 'insecurity' intensified so much that she even started hoping that her good friend Ayan Mukerji (director) will drop Alia from his upcoming superhero project which stars Ranbir and Alia in lead roles"

And then, one morning Ranbir had it enough and he decided to walk out of their house at Silver Sands (Carter Road) to Wilson Apartments (Hill Road).
