Now, it's confirmed that Malaika and Arbaaz will end their relationship. But when Arbaaz's father Salim was asked about this news he said,"I am a writer. Don't ask me about anyone's love affair or break-up reports. I never interfere in the life of my kids. I don't want to talk about it." Malaika's mother also don't want to comment, She said," They are two grown up adults. It is there business. I don't want to get into it. I don't want to talk to press."

According to Deccan Chronicle,"Malaika's parents along with her sister Amrita met Malaika and Arbaaz at a suburban restaurant to sit and sort out the differences, but nothing positive came out of it. In fact, Arbaaz stormed out of the place, yelling at photographers who were trying to capture the private family moment. Malaika and Arbaaz then drove away in two separate cars. The differences have been growing wider over the last few years and looks like there's no stopping the two now."
