Karisma Kapoor was granted divorce yesterday after a long court battle from husband Sunjay Kapur. Now, she is all set to start her new life. There were also rumors were doing rounds that Karisma is dating Sandeep Toshniwal - CEO of a Mumbai based Pharmaceutical company. Now, there is a twist that Sandeep was also married and recently divorced. The buzz is that it was Sandeep's relationship with Karisma that caused the drift in his marriage. At least, that is what is indicated in the Toshniwals' divorce petition.

Their divorce petition reads, 'In the order dated 9 November 2012 the Family Court had specifically held that access outside the matrimonial home at any other place was not advisable, on the prima facie finding that the Respondent was in an intimate relationship with a person other than his wife'.

Sandeep and his wife Ashrita have two daughters and  Ashrita has apparently categorically asked the courts to grant her full custody of their daughters thereby only allowing Visitation rights to Sandeep. You guys remember that Saif, Kareena, Karisma celebrated Sandeep's Birthday in Thailand.
