It looks like this year is not good for either Hrithik or Sussane. After all the controversy of Kangana Hrithik now Sussane Khan, ex-wife of actor Hrithik, has been booked by Panaji police, Goa, in an alleged Rs 1.87 crore cheating case.  Real Estate firm Emgee Properties is the complainant which has accused Sussane of falsely projecting herself as an architect to secure a contract with the company. Managing partner of Emgee Properties, Mudhit Gupta, in his complaint before the police, said Sussanne Khan had represented herself as an architect and designer by profession. In September 2013, the company executed a written contract with her "for architectural and designing services".

Advocate Arun Bras de Sa, representing Emgee Properties, said that as the police were reluctant to file an FIR in the case. The complaint stated that her work is not up to the expected standards of a professional architect. Now Sub inspector Rashmi Bhaidkar has registered the case under Section 420 (cheating) of the Indian Penal Code.
