Lakme Fashion Week W/F 2016 has just got over and WOW what a show it was. Right on time, when our brides are busy deciding what to wear on their big day that is soon going to dawn. This year, the Lakme Fashion Week got bigger and brighter with focusing Indian Textiles. And we spotted some really awesome bridal lehenga and trends that brides can take inspiration from.
#1 Mughal Inspired breathtaking Sabyasachi Ensemble
Mom-to-be Kareena looked like a dream as Sabya's showstopper. Her kurti was heavily embellished with the heavy gold thread work and intricate Mughal inspired patterns. She kept her look minimalist with a simple oversized mangtikka. We just loved every bit of Kareena in this Sabya Attire.
Tip: This long kurti lehenga is a great and a modern take for the new age bride. One must try it, while you can have fun with more necklines with this look.

#2 Charcoal Black & Golden Embroidered Lehenga by Designer duo Sonam & Paras Modi
The pretty Prachi Desai looked stunning in Designer duo Sonam and Paras Modi ensemble. The look was simple yet classy with keeping the choli in a cold shoulder style with attached cape. We just loved the way Prachi moved on the ramp showing off her attire.

#3 Ridhi Mehra's Fashion Fantasy Bridal Lehenga
The scene at LFW got hotter when Ileana D'Cruz walked the ramp in a brown and golden embroidered lehenga. A plunging neckline blouse with a long floor length embellished cape stole away many hearts.
Tip: If you have heavy arms that this is a nice way to hide all the fat around it.
#4 The Bride in Red by Saroj Jalan
The gorgeous Radhika Apte looked stunning in a red lehenga designer by Kolkata based designer Saroj Jalan. The jardosi embellished lehenga was a work of hand stitched, with lots of floral motifs and dancing peacocks. It seems that the attire is very heavy but it's actually easy to carry and lightweight perfect for the new age bride.
