The rumors are doing rounds that Bachchan family is not happy with Aishwarya's intimate scene with Ranbir in their upcoming movie Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. The same incident happened before also during shoot of Dhoom 2 when she kissed Hrithik Roshan on screen. Aishwarya already refused to kiss Ranbir, but they  have many steamy scenes together,  which involve licking chocolate off each other and many more. If reports to believed then Bachchan's requested to edit these scenes.

Some publication also says that this is not true news. The family don’t interfere with Aishwarya’s work.
