Priyanka was recently spotted in California in the Studio One of NBC Studios West Coast for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. PC has been on the show earlier as well. PC chose a Rosetta Getty Polka dot Black dress with bell sleeves reminding us of the 60's Era. We aren't that big a fan of the outfit with its bell sleeves. We felt the outfit was slightly longer than it should be! Even Priyanka's makeup wasn't up to mark!
