It was Kareena Kapoor Khan's waning academic interest that she often bunked school and was spotted on elder sister's Karisma Kapoor's film sets. At the age of 20, instead of pursuing college, the Kapoor girl debuted in films with JP Dutta's Refugee. 

In an interview with Grazia magazine, the heavily pregnant Kareena spoke about the importance of education for her to-be-born child. 

"I do regret skipping education. I meet Saif and his friends, and I feel like we get stuck in this whole thing of movies without having anything else to fall back on. His family and friends are so well-read; some are Rhodes scholars, and most have studied at Oxford, Cambridge or Winchester. He is so particular about academics with his kids, Sara and Ibrahim as well, and I am happy that he will be so with this child too. I come from a family which has been obsessed with the movies, but as I have grown older, I have realized there is more to life than just that. Now I try to travel, meet different people, explore new things. And I want that for my child."

Now that's an honest admission! Already think for the best interest of her unborn child, way to go Kareena!

The heavily pregnant mom-to-be also commented on her being so active during pregnancy , "I do have a stomach and am big. But I have a child in there and I am carrying it proudly. There's nothing to sit at home and watch Netflix for. I go to work and come back; I don't want to curl up and hide."

Kareena will carry her post-baby shape to Lakme Fashion Week in February 2017 as a part of her brand ambassadorial duties. The actress will also be writing about her own experiences with pregnancy and motherhood for her friend, nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar's next book.
