Popular Indian television actor Parth Samthaan, who became a household name with the success of the show Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan hit the headlines again. He was booked for molestation under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code in February. Now, he has booked under the stringent Protection of Children from Sexual Offen ces (POCSO) Act by the Bangur Nagar police. 

A 20 year old girl complaint in her second statement that Parth molested her 4 years ago when she was 16 years old. The case was filed in March where she claimed that Parth asked her for sexual favors.
