Whenever we hear about MAC products the first thing comes to our mind is the Studio Fix range, as it's the most widely sold product. The Mac Studio Fix wasn't my first High-end foundation as I was never fascinated with the MAC products.
Most of the people who use this product literally swear by it and cannot stop raving about it.I got my hands on this foundation last year after actually wanting to give this one a shot.It retails for INR2450 and has a huge variety of shades to suit every skintone.Like you will literally find your exact skin color shade in this one.
I'm in the shade NC42 and it suits my complexion perfectly.I use this product very occasionally, coverage .like for functions or big parties. The product claims to be very long lasting with a natural matte finish. It claims to have a medium coverage that can be build upto a full coverage. It also contains SPF which is pretty good and really required.

My Take On The Studio Fix: The first that i really like about this foundation is the Finish.I would say it doesn't have a crazy matte finish. The finish is somewhere in between. For me, it's not too drying as well because a lot of people feels that it sits on their dry patches, Probably good moisturizing is required before you apply this one if you have dry skin or dry patches.
Its very easy to apply, You can use your fingers, otherwise .brush or a sponge.Just be little careful to not apply too much at once, as it starts to look cakey. The best way is to build it up for more coverage.
I generally don't need a concealer with this one as it works pretty well in hiding the dark spots and dark circles because of the undertones it has.
Without using a Primer it will stay in place for about 6 hours but I would say its always good to use a primer underneath.
One thing I've realized was that it does oxidize and starts looking a bit orange on some people. It happened to me once but never again after that. I've mostly heard from people about the studio fix getting oxidized.
The foundation is expensive but does go a long way because you do not generally need a lot of product for the application, also it won't break you out.The only thing I really wish that it came with a pump.
So YES, Mac studio fix fluid Is totally worth the Hype. It's beautifully formulated with a great finish and coverage.Everyone will find their shade and it's a perfect foundation to invest on.I personally love this one!
