Skip the sugar-laden sodas on hot and steamy days. Instead, try this refreshing and low-calorie alternative.
Iced Ginger Tea with Lemon – Boil a cup of water and add some ginger to it. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, then sieve the ginger. Pour it glasse full of ice and add a squeeze of lemon.
Cucumber Mint Water – You can mix this right in your glass or in a pitcher. To make a single serving, put a few slices of cucumber and a mint sprig into your glass, add a handful of ice, top off with water, stir, and sip!
Iced Green tea Green Tea with Lemon and Mint- All you need is a bag of organic green to a glass of water, whole mint leaves, honey and half lemon.Combine the tea bag, water, and mint in a glass. Remove the tea bag and add the lemon juice and honey. Chill and serve over ice.
Iced Watermelon Puree- Add some watermelon chunks, mint and lemon juice to a grinder, after grinding it ,pour into glass full of ice and serve!!!
