This smoothie is a Green Tea Vegetable smoothie, which is super duper healthy and burns fat like crazy ! This certain recipe is designed to burn lots of fat that is accumulated in your body. This smoothie also includes ingredients like broccoli and cauliflower that contain certain enzymes that help burn the body fat even more. - Take 3 -4 broccoli florets, 2 cauliflower florets, 2 pieces of the fruit of your choice and Green tea one cup.
