Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja are all set to tie the knot next month. Few days back there were rumors doing the rounds that they will tie the knot in Switzerland. But now, Filmfare sources confirmed the news and said that the couple will tie the knot on May 6, 2018, and May 7, 2018, in Mumbai. After having a grand wedding in the city, they will host a reception party in Delhi for Anand's friends and family. Sonam will resume work three days after her wedding. Invitations have been sent out to Sonam’s industry friends including Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Kareena Kapoor.

The source added,"It was becoming too cumbersome to manage the travel and living arrangements for approximately 150 members of the extended family and close friends of the Kapoors as well as Anand’s. It would have been difficult for the senior members of the extended family, who are expected to attend all the ceremonies, to fly to Switzerland."
